Giveaway Rules of Entry Terms

Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Heroes Off Duty (“Heroes Off Duty”) is the official administrator of this program. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

WHO CAN ENTER

To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be legal residents of the United States with a current United States address for prize fulfillment, who at the time of entry are (a) eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Employees of Heroes Off Duty or the Sponsors and their affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

CONTEST INFORMATION

No purchase is necessary to enter. Each entrant may submit only one completed form. To enter, submit your name/email address/info for contest entry in the entry form on this page. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

The contest starts before the show and all entries must be received by Heroes Off Duty before the end of the show. Heroes Off Duty is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer, or any other electronic malfunction.

Winners will be announced at the end of the show, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement will be considered the winner.

If a winner does not redeem their prize at the merchandise table, then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among remaining valid entries.

THE PRIZE(S)

All published prizes from a Sponsor are fulfilled by the Sponsor and are the sole responsibility of the Sponsor.

Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. All prizes are awarded as-is and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes received, if any.

Product prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

Only the number of prizes stated herein is available to be won. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries is received.

MISCELLANEOUS

To the extent not overridden by these Contest Rules, information provided by you under this program is subject to Heroes Off Duty’s privacy policy.

By entering this contest, you are agreeing to allow Heroes Off Duty to provide Sponsor with any content you provide as part of your entry. Said content shall become the property of Sponsor and you agree to be bound by Sponsor’s privacy policies. Moreover, you are consenting to receive newsletters and marketing emails from Heroes Off Duty and Sponsor. You may unsubscribe from these emails by following the sender’s unsubscribe guidelines.

This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Heroes Off Duty and Sponsor accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

Heroes Off Duty cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes, or contest information. Heroes Off Duty is not responsible for any computer or electronic malfunction, server unavailability, technological glitch, or human error relating to this contest and/or the use of short-code.

Heroes Off Duty reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.

The odds of winning will depend on the total number of valid entrants.

By entering this contest, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against Heroes Off Duty and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage, or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in this contest.

Heroes Off Duty and Sponsor retain the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions are final and discretionary. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern this contest. The courts of Florida shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Contest Rules and/or this promotion. All participants and winners agree, by their participation in the promotion, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
